Government Degree College Razole, the College was affiliated with Adikavi Nanaya University and followed a uniform curriculum and examination system. In Examination Cell was setup by One Convener and Two members of the Faculty members and other clerical and contingent staff ensures the smooth conduct of Examination and Evaluation process. Initially, the Examination Cell of the College discharged duties such as seating Allotment, Mid Examinations timetables and Question papers and so on.

The Examination Cell has extensively evolved from the time of its inception. The responsibilities of Examination Cell include:

• Preparing and publishing the Mid examination calendar as per university schedule.
• Planning for conducting Mid and end semester exams properly.
• Handling carefully the grievances related to malpractices in the presence of the Chief Superintendent.
• Review and analyze the results and given to concerned departments.
• Conducting regular meetings to plan execute and scrutinize the exam process.
